500 Lumen Kerosene/Diesel Pressure Lantern

This lantern may look like a Coleman, but it is built specifically for kerosene, and we run it with inexpensive and safe to store modern diesel, which has no sulfur smell and burns clean with almost no smoke.

This model lantern is the Sea Anchor 950, which is a German design, copied by the Chinese, and the company is well over ten years old, with a great reputation for quality and longevity. It includes a rapid preheat blaster that works great, and a preheat cup if you would want to preheat the fuel tube with alcohol, though we have found no need. Full English directions are provided, as this lantern does require preheating, unlike a white gas Coleman. Insert the black rubber washer into the fill cap before pressurizing.
