Description
Description
These spurs are a gorgeous blend of historically correct real hand browned steel and genuine German silver, otherwise known as nickel silver. Built strong and durable for hard use, and pretty enough for shelf display, line dancing, cowboy shooting, wherever your heart leads you.
We have five patterns in these spurs. This is the gambler pattern emblazoned with all four card suits, suitable for him or her. They are very impressive and you will be 100% pleased. Shipped in a fitted branded gift box.
Note that browning of steel is a chemical rusting process, must like gun bluing. In fact most muzzleloaders, especially flintlocks, are browned. It is an indestructible finish. There are occasional times when there might be some brown on the inside of the plastic inner bag. This is normal and should be expected. A baking soda bath will usually stop the reaction if it bothers you. Our spurs are all run through a stop bath, but it doesn't always work all the way. The browning does not effect the beauty of the German silver, which will never tarnish or color.
